A personal message from the

KRISPY KREME CEO

As the Coronavirus crisis evolves, all of us at Krispy Kreme want you to be fully informed on the steps we are taking to protect our people and our fans during the challenging conditions we all face today. This page will be regularly updated alongside our social channels and Frequently Asked Questions page, so please do keep checking in.

Dear Customers,

I am sure that one thing everyone will be united on right now, is the admiration and respect we have for our critical services, working tirelessly on the frontline fighting this pandemic. We are also seeing uplifting acts of kindness in local communities, by individuals and groups, going above and beyond to support vulnerable people.

Therefore, I am pleased to advise you that Krispy Kreme doughnuts has re-opened its Blanchardstown store and has launched a pledge to serve 50,000 smiles across Ireland!

We are on a mission to serve 50,000 ‘smiles’, in the form of our original glazed doughnuts (via contactless drops) to hospitals, charities, food banks, the Gardaí, carers, military hospitals and other critical workers. With this small gesture, we hope to bring a little bit of joy to these people to show them we appreciate everything they are doing right now.

We are also delighted to announce that from tomorrow until June 10th the second phase of our offer starts, where essential workers can enjoy 50% off our entire menu. This includes hospital workers, An Garda Síochána, fire brigade, defence forces and carehome staff on presentation of ID.

We will be launching a Krispy Kreme Volunteer programme over the coming weeks challenging our teams to bring joy in their own communities and also asking you to help us find and reward unsung heroes online.

I want to reassure you that Krispy Kreme staff will be delivering all product safely as contactless deliveries, whilst manufacturing staff are following social distancing guidance for the workplace with stringent health, safety and hygiene measures in place to protect team members and recipients.

Please continue to check our website, and follow our social channels, for more updates in the coming weeks.

Thanks as ever for your support,

With Love,

Richard
